Beacons Web Link Performance Badge automatically scans Beacons analytics and link pages to extract comprehensive link performance data including total clicks, top-performing links with click counts, click-through rates (CTR), engagement trends (Excellent, Good, Average, Low), link categories, total links, and period information. The tool displays a floating overlay panel showing a summary of link performance with a color-coded badge indicator for total clicks—green for 500+ clicks, yellow for 100-499, orange for 10-99, and gray for under 10. Engagement trend is shown with an icon and color-coded indicator. Top-performing links are listed with click counts and percentage progress bars. Link categories are aggregated with click counts for quick reference. This provides a complete, visual overview of your Beacons link performance.

WHERE IT RUNS

This extension operates exclusively on beacons.ai domain pages that contain analytics and link content—specifically pages with "/analytics", "/links", "/stats", or "/dashboard" in the URL path, or pages that display link performance statistics and analytics data. It works alongside the free BotGentz companion extension, which provides the necessary DOM access and page interaction capabilities. The link performance badge runs entirely within your local browser instance and does not communicate with any external servers or APIs. All link data extraction, performance analysis, and preference storage are processed and stored on your machine, ensuring your analytics data and tracking preferences remain private. It supports all modern Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) and Firefox when paired with the BotGentz bridge.

HOW TO USE

After installing both BotGentz and this performance badge, navigate to any Beacons analytics or links page. Within 1-2 seconds, a panel appears in the bottom-right corner displaying a summary with total clicks in a circular badge, click-through rate, and total links. The "Engagement" section shows the engagement trend with an icon and color-coded indicator. The "Top Links" section lists top-performing links with click counts and percentage progress bars. The "Categories" section shows link categories with aggregated click counts. The panel provides a complete, visual overview of your Beacons link performance.

LINK PERFORMANCE DATA EXTRACTION AND ENGAGEMENT ANALYSIS

The link performance badge uses a multi-strategy extraction system to locate and parse link data from Beacons pages. It first attempts to find structured analytics elements using selectors based on the site's typical class naming patterns, including link performance containers, analytics elements, and link items. When these selectors fail due to site updates, the tool falls back to text-based parsing, scanning the page for link-related patterns using pattern matching for click counts, link names, and rate labels. Total clicks are extracted through pattern matching for "total clicks" labels with numeric values. Click-through rates are extracted through pattern matching for percentage values with "CTR" or "click through rate" labels. Link clicks are extracted from link containers or through pattern matching for link names and click counts. Engagement trend is determined based on total clicks: over 500 maps to Excellent, 100-500 to Good, 10-100 to Average, and under 10 to Low. Link categories are extracted through pattern matching for "category" labels or hashtags. Top links are sorted by click count, with percentage bars showing relative performance. All data is presented in a clean, organized panel with color-coded indicators.

THE PANEL

The link performance badge panel is a compact, functional overlay that integrates into the Beacons analytics page. It can be dragged by clicking and holding the title bar, positioning the panel anywhere on the screen for optimal visibility while you track your performance. The panel includes a built-in snap feature that automatically aligns to the nearest screen edge when released within 48 pixels, keeping your workspace organized. Click the collapse arrow in the top-right corner to minimize the panel to a small icon bubble showing a gear emoji, preserving screen space while keeping the tool accessible. The panel is not resizable in this version, maintaining a consistent compact size that works on all screen resolutions. Press the Escape key to instantly hide the panel; press Escape again to restore it. All position, collapse state, and performance tracking preferences are saved locally using GM_setValue and persist across browsing sessions.

PLEASE NOTE

This extension requires the free BotGentz extension to function—the link performance badge does not work standalone. Beacons occasionally updates its page layouts and analytics presentation formats, which may temporarily affect link data extraction accuracy. The tool extracts link data from the visible page content; if analytics information is loaded dynamically after page load, you may need to wait a moment or refresh the page for the panel to populate. Engagement trend classification is based on click volume thresholds and is provided as a reference—actual engagement may vary. The tool does not store or transmit any data; all link data extraction, performance analysis, and settings are processed and saved entirely within your browser. This tool is designed for personal link performance tracking and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Beacons or its parent company.
