About this app
WHAT IT DOES
Church Management Platform Attendance Badge helps church leaders track and understand attendance patterns by displaying attendance data in a clear, visual dashboard. The script extracts attendance counts, service times, group names, member names, and check-in statuses from supported church management platforms. A visible badge shows total attendance, new visitors, and regular attendees at a glance. Color-coded trend indicators (up, down, steady) show whether attendance is growing or declining. A service-by-service breakdown reveals which services are most attended. A mini chart visualizes attendance patterns over time. The script identifies frequent attendees and first-time visitors, helping you connect with newcomers. Attendance rate shows the percentage of active members attending. The dashboard generates summary reports that can be copied to your clipboard for use in newsletters or leadership meetings. Filters by date range let you focus on specific time periods.
WHERE IT RUNS
This script runs on major church management platforms including ChurchSuite, Church Community Builder, Breeze, Planning Center, ChurchTrac, ChurchWindows, FlockBase, and Servant Keeper. It works on attendance dashboards, check-in pages, service lists, member directories, and reporting views.
HOW TO USE
After installing through the BotGentz extension, navigate to your church management platform's attendance view. The script automatically detects and displays attendance data. A badge in the configuration panel shows key attendance metrics. Use the dashboard to view total attendance, visitor count, regulars, attendance rate, and trend. View the service breakdown with visual bars showing attendance by service. See new visitors listed with their names for easy follow-up. Use the configuration panel to customize your experience: toggle the attendance badge on or off, show or hide trends, show or hide the service breakdown, show or hide new visitors, set the auto-refresh interval in seconds, and filter by date range (today, week, month). Use the "Scan Attendance" button to manually re-scan the page, or "Export Report" to copy an attendance summary report to your clipboard.
PLATFORM-ADAPTIVE ATTENDANCE EXTRACTION WITH TREND ANALYSIS AND MEMBER CLASSIFICATION
This script implements an attendance data extraction engine using platform-specific selectors and generic fallback patterns. The extraction engine scans for attendance counts using regex patterns that match common display formats. Service breakdown detection identifies service names and attendance counts from DOM elements. Member extraction detects attendee names and classifies them as regulars or visitors based on CSS classes or context keywords. The trend analysis uses page content keywords (up, down, increased, decreased) to determine direction. The attendance rate calculation estimates active member percentage. The report generation builds a structured summary with all key metrics.
THE PANEL
The configuration panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per-site using GM_setValue. It snaps to screen edges when dragged near them, collapses to a compact bubble when minimized, and supports Escape key for quick collapse. All settings—including badge visibility, trend display, breakdown visibility, visitor display, auto-refresh interval, and date range—are persisted across sessions.
PLEASE NOTE
This script requires the free BotGentz extension to run. The script runs on supported church management platforms and reads attendance data from the page. It does not capture, store, or transmit any personal information. All attendance data is stored locally in your browser using GM_setValue and never transmitted to external servers. The script reads only publicly visible attendance data displayed on the page. The attendance detection relies on page structure and may not work perfectly on all platforms or page variations. Always verify critical attendance numbers manually. This tool is provided for organizational and informational purposes only.
