WHAT IT DOES

HoneyBook Web Client Pipeline Overlay automatically scans HoneyBook client pipeline and project pages to extract comprehensive client data including client name, project status, project value, stage in pipeline (Lead, Proposal, Negotiation, Contract, Active, Completed, On Hold), and next steps. The tool displays a floating overlay panel showing a summary of client pipeline with color-coded stage indicators—gray for Lead, blue for Proposal, yellow for Negotiation, purple for Contract, green for Active, teal for Completed, and red for On Hold. Clients requiring attention are highlighted with a yellow border and attention icon. Summary statistics show total clients, total project value, and clients needing attention. Next steps are displayed for each client. Stage breakdown shows the distribution of clients across pipeline stages. This provides a complete, organized view of your HoneyBook client pipeline and helps you prioritize client follow-up.

WHERE IT RUNS

This extension operates exclusively on honeybook.com domain pages that contain client pipeline and project content—specifically pages with "/pipeline", "/clients", "/projects", or "/dashboard" in the URL path, or pages that display client listings and project information. It works alongside the free BotGentz companion extension, which provides the necessary DOM access and page interaction capabilities. The client pipeline overlay runs entirely within your local browser instance and does not communicate with any external servers or APIs. All client data extraction, stage analysis, and preference storage are processed and stored on your machine, ensuring your client data and tracking preferences remain private. It supports all modern Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) and Firefox when paired with the BotGentz bridge.

HOW TO USE

After installing both BotGentz and this pipeline overlay, navigate to any HoneyBook client pipeline or project page. Within 1-2 seconds, a panel appears in the bottom-right corner displaying a summary with total clients, total value, and clients needing attention. The "Clients" section lists each client with their name, stage badge (color-coded), project value, and next steps. Clients needing attention are highlighted with a yellow border and attention icon. The "Stages" section shows all pipeline stages with counts. The panel provides a complete, organized view of your client pipeline and helps you prioritize follow-up actions.

CLIENT PIPELINE DATA EXTRACTION AND STAGE ANALYSIS

The client pipeline overlay uses a multi-strategy extraction system to locate and parse client data from HoneyBook pages. It first attempts to find structured client elements using selectors based on the site's typical class naming patterns, including "client-item," "project-item," "pipeline-item," and "client-card." When these selectors fail due to site updates, the tool falls back to text-based parsing, scanning the page for client-related patterns using pattern matching for client names, project values, and stage labels. Client names are extracted from title elements or through pattern matching. Project stages are classified using a comprehensive keyword mapping system: "lead," "inquiry," "new lead," or "prospect" maps to Lead; "proposal," "quote," "estimate," or "sending" to Proposal; "negotiation," "discussion," "review," or "feedback" to Negotiation; "contract," "agreement," "signing," or "pending signature" to Contract; "active," "in progress," "working," or "ongoing" to Active; "completed," "done," "finished," or "delivered" to Completed; and "hold," "paused," "waiting," or "delayed" to On Hold. Project values are extracted through pattern matching for dollar amounts. Next steps are extracted through pattern matching for "next steps" or "action" labels. Attention status is determined based on stage (Lead, Negotiation, On Hold) or keyword detection for "follow up" in next steps. All data is presented in a clean, organized panel with color-coded indicators.

THE PANEL

The client pipeline overlay panel is a compact, functional overlay that integrates into the HoneyBook pipeline page. It can be dragged by clicking and holding the title bar, positioning the panel anywhere on the screen for optimal visibility while you manage your client pipeline. The panel includes a built-in snap feature that automatically aligns to the nearest screen edge when released within 48 pixels, keeping your workspace organized. Click the collapse arrow in the top-right corner to minimize the panel to a small icon bubble showing a gear emoji, preserving screen space while keeping the tool accessible. The panel is not resizable in this version, maintaining a consistent compact size that works on all screen resolutions. Press the Escape key to instantly hide the panel; press Escape again to restore it. All position, collapse state, and pipeline tracking preferences are saved locally using GM_setValue and persist across browsing sessions.

PLEASE NOTE

This extension requires the free BotGentz extension to function—the client pipeline overlay does not work standalone. HoneyBook occasionally updates its page layouts and pipeline presentation formats, which may temporarily affect client data extraction accuracy. The tool extracts client data from the visible page content; if pipeline information is loaded dynamically after page load, you may need to wait a moment or refresh the page for the panel to populate. Stage classification is based on keyword detection and may not capture all pipeline stage variations with perfect accuracy. Attention status is a heuristic based on stage and keywords and is provided as a reference—always review your actual client pipeline on the official HoneyBook platform. The tool does not store or transmit any data; all client data extraction, stage analysis, and settings are processed and saved entirely within your browser.
