About this app

WHAT IT DOES

PODS Web Delivery Window Tracker reads delivery window and container status from your PODS account and displays a floating delivery window tracker showing estimated delivery date and time window. The badge shows the container ID, delivery window, status—Delivered (green), In Transit (yellow), Pending (gray), or Delayed (red)—and a countdown timer showing days, hours, and minutes remaining. A location field shows where the container currently is, and a tracking number is displayed when available. The extension tracks delivery window history per container, storing each status change with a timestamp. When the delivery status changes, a desktop notification is triggered. The panel displays your container information, delivery window, status, countdown, and history.

WHERE IT RUNS

This extension works on all PODS pages at pods.com and its subdomains, specifically on account pages where delivery windows and container status are displayed. It runs on the main account page, the delivery tracking page, the container status page, and any page displaying delivery information. The extension operates entirely within your browser and does not access PODS' servers directly—it reads only what is visible on the page you are viewing. It works alongside the free BotGentz extension, which provides the necessary scripting environment.

HOW TO USE

Install the extension, then navigate to pods.com and log in to your account. The extension automatically creates a floating delivery window tracker badge on the page. Click the extension's icon in your browser toolbar to open the settings panel. Use the "Show Overlay" / "Hide Overlay" button to toggle the badge visibility. The badge shows your container ID, delivery window, status, and countdown. Use the "Refresh" button to manually update the badge with the latest delivery information. The "Show delivery status" toggle controls whether status appears. The "Status change notifications" toggle controls desktop notifications when delivery status changes. Adjust the overlay transparency using the opacity dropdown (70%, 82%, 92%, or 100%). Drag the badge by clicking and holding anywhere inside it. Resize it by dragging the bottom-right corner. Close the badge with the × button.

DELIVERY WINDOW EXTRACTION WITH STATUS DETECTION AND COUNTDOWN CALCULATION

Unlike simple status display tools, this extension uses a multi-selector extraction engine to find delivery information from PODS' varying page structures. It searches for container ID using multiple selector patterns (.container-id, .container-number, .order-number) and falls back to text parsing. Delivery dates are extracted from date selectors using date parsing that handles multiple formats. Status is detected using status elements and keyword matching (delivered, completed, transit, shipped, en route, delayed, late, pending, scheduled, processing). The countdown timer calculates days, hours, and minutes remaining until the estimated delivery date using real-time Date comparisons. Per-container delivery history is stored as a key-value object where keys are container IDs and values are arrays of delivery records with timestamps, limited to 20 entries per container. Status change notifications trigger when the delivery status changes, with a one-hour cooldown.

THE PANEL

The panel supports drag-to-move anywhere on the page. It remembers its position per site, so it stays where you placed it on pods.com. Click the panel header to collapse it down to just the minimized bubble, or click the expand handle to show the full panel. The panel can be resized by dragging the bottom-right corner. Press the Escape key to close the expanded panel and return to the minimized state. All panel settings, including position, size, collapsed state, opacity, status visibility, notification preference, and per-container delivery history, are saved per site and persist across browsing sessions.

PLEASE NOTE

This extension requires the free BotGentz extension to be installed and active, as it provides the underlying DOM injection and script execution environment. PODS' website changes periodically, and delivery element structures, class names, and page layouts may be updated. When that happens, the extension may stop detecting delivery data until an update is released. The extension stores your overlay position, size, opacity, visibility, status preference, notification preference, and per-container delivery history locally in your browser's storage using GM_setValue. Delivery history is stored as a key-value object where keys are container IDs and values are arrays of delivery records. The delivery window displayed is read from the page—the extension does not access PODS' internal delivery data. Always verify with PODS directly for the most accurate delivery information. No data is ever sent to any server, and no personal information is collected. You can clear all stored settings at any time by clearing your browser data for pods.com.
