Survey Junkie Web Points Balance Badge automatically scans Survey Junkie account and dashboard pages to extract comprehensive points data including current points balance, pending points, lifetime earnings, points history, and earning activity. The tool displays a floating overlay badge showing your current points balance with a color-coded indicator—green for 500+ points, yellow for 100-499 points, and gray for under 100 points. Recent earning activity is displayed with point amounts and descriptions. A redemption progress section shows how many points you need to reach the next redemption threshold (500, 1000, 2500, 5000, or 10000 points), with a visual progress bar. Summary statistics show pending points and lifetime earnings. This provides a complete, at-a-glance view of your Survey Junkie points balance and earning progress.

This extension operates exclusively on surveyjunkie.com domain pages that contain account and dashboard content—specifically pages with "/account", "/dashboard", "/points", or "/earnings" in the URL path, or pages that display points balance and earning history. It works alongside the free BotGentz companion extension, which provides the necessary DOM access and page interaction capabilities. The points balance badge runs entirely within your local browser instance and does not communicate with any external servers or APIs. All points data extraction, balance tracking, and preferences are processed and stored on your machine, ensuring your earning data and activity remain private. It supports all modern Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) and Firefox when paired with the BotGentz bridge.

HOW TO USE

After installing both BotGentz and this points balance badge, navigate to any Survey Junkie account or dashboard page. Within 1-2 seconds, a panel appears in the bottom-right corner displaying your current points balance in a circular badge with color-coded indicator. The "Balance" section shows your current points, pending points, and lifetime earnings. The "Next Reward" section shows how many points you need to reach the next redemption threshold with a visual progress bar. The "Recent Activity" section lists your most recent earning activities with point amounts and dates. The panel provides a complete, organized view of your Survey Junkie points status.

POINTS DATA EXTRACTION AND BALANCE TRACKING

The points balance badge uses a multi-strategy extraction system to locate and parse points data from Survey Junkie pages. It first attempts to find structured points elements using selectors based on the site's typical class naming patterns, including points balance, history items, and activity entries. When these selectors fail due to site updates, the tool falls back to text-based parsing, scanning the page for points-related patterns using pattern matching for terms like "points balance," "balance," "earned," "pending," and "lifetime." The current balance is extracted through pattern matching for numeric values with "points" or "balance" labels. Pending points and lifetime earnings are extracted through similar pattern matching. Points history is extracted from history or activity containers, with amounts extracted through pattern matching for numeric values with "+" indicators or "earned" labels. Redemption thresholds are determined by identifying the next threshold level above the current balance from a predefined list (500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10000). The progress bar is calculated as the percentage of the current balance toward the next threshold.

THE PANEL

The points balance badge panel is a compact, functional overlay that integrates into the Survey Junkie account page. It can be dragged by clicking and holding the title bar, positioning the panel anywhere on the screen for optimal visibility while you track your points. The panel includes a built-in snap feature that automatically aligns to the nearest screen edge when released within 48 pixels, keeping your workspace organized. Click the collapse arrow in the top-right corner to minimize the panel to a small icon bubble showing a gear emoji, preserving screen space while keeping the tool accessible. The panel is not resizable in this version, maintaining a consistent compact size that works on all screen resolutions. Press the Escape key to instantly hide the panel; press Escape again to restore it. All position, collapse state, and badge display preferences are saved locally using GM_setValue and persist across browsing sessions.

This extension requires the free BotGentz extension to function—the points balance badge does not work standalone. Survey Junkie occasionally updates its page layouts and dashboard presentation formats, which may temporarily affect points data extraction accuracy. The tool extracts points data from the visible page content; if points information is loaded dynamically after page load, you may need to wait a moment or refresh the page for the panel to populate. The redemption thresholds used are common Survey Junkie thresholds and may vary—the tool uses a standard set of thresholds for reference.
