This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying account settings, deletion policies, support instructions, or similar account-related content. Common sources include account management pages, privacy settings, help centers, and legal notice pages.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays account settings, deletion policy, or support instructions. Open the BotGentz extension and select Account Deletion Request Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name, email address, and optionally your account username in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Select your data retention preference (delete all data, retain only legally required data, or custom). Optionally, enter custom retention preferences and confirmation preferences. Select your preferred style (formal or direct) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Request" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant account policy details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a clear, professional account deletion request in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.
