Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BotGentz (the "Service"), including the BotGentz website and store (the "Store") and the BotGentz browser extension (the "Extension"). By creating an account, installing the Extension, or using the Store, you agree to these Terms.
1. What BotGentz Is
BotGentz is a marketplace for small browser scripts ("Apps") that run inside the BotGentz Extension. Apps may be built by BotGentz or by independent creators, and may be free, one-time purchases, or subscriptions.
2. Accounts
You need an account to purchase or manage Apps. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
One-time purchases are billed once, at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown (monthly or yearly) until cancelled, and can be cancelled any time from your account — a cancellation stops future renewals but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law. Payments are processed by PayPal; we don't store your full payment details.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact us at the email below if something isn't working as described.
4. Using Apps
Each App only runs on the site or sites it's built to match. You're responsible for reviewing what an App does before installing it, the same way you would with any software. BotGentz apps are reviewed before listing, but we can't guarantee that every App is free of bugs or fully compatible with every version of every browser or website it targets, since websites change their own code independently of us.
You agree not to use the Service to build or distribute anything that violates the law, infringes someone else's rights, or is designed to harm, exploit, or deceive other people or their devices.
5. Blockchain Tools, Wallet Connections & BOT Token Access
Some Apps in the Store connect to a cryptocurrency wallet you already control and interact with public blockchains on your behalf, at your direction. Every action that moves funds or signs a transaction requires your own explicit confirmation in your own wallet — BotGentz never has custody of your funds and cannot sign, send, or move anything without that confirmation from you.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for reviewing what you are signing before you confirm it, for the accuracy of any address, amount, or contract you interact with, and for any consequence of a transaction you confirm — including transactions confirmed as a result of misreading an App's interface, misunderstanding what an App does, or a mistake of your own. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotGentz provides these Apps "as is," takes no liability for losses arising from their use, and is not responsible for errors, losses, or unintended outcomes resulting from your use of any blockchain tool, wallet connection, or on-chain action, whether or not caused by a defect in the App itself.
Access to some Apps can optionally be unlocked by holding BOT, BotGentz's own token, in a wallet you connect to the Service, instead of purchasing that App individually or subscribing. Holding BOT does not remove usage limits designed to prevent excessive load on shared infrastructure — limits apply at every access tier, and the amount of BOT held only changes which tier applies, not whether limits exist at all. We check your connected wallet's BOT balance to determine your tier; we do not take custody of the tokens themselves, and disconnecting your wallet or moving your BOT elsewhere ends that tier's access.
Before connecting a wallet, you'll be asked to confirm you understand and accept the terms in this section. Misusing a blockchain tool, wallet connection, or BOT-token-gated access — including attempting to circumvent usage limits, automate abuse of shared infrastructure, or use a tool for an unlawful purpose — can result in suspension of your account and revocation of App access, at BotGentz's discretion.
6. Independent Creators
Some Apps in the Store may be built by creators other than BotGentz. We review submissions before they're listed, but a creator's App is their own work — BotGentz isn't the author of every App in the catalog and doesn't warrant the accuracy of every creator's own description of their App.
7. Intellectual Property
BotGentz's own name, logo, and store design belong to us. Apps remain the property of whoever built them; purchasing or subscribing to an App gives you a license to use it as described in its listing, not ownership of its underlying code.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that every App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every site or browser version indefinitely, since third-party sites can change their own code at any time in ways an App can't anticipate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotGentz isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any App, beyond the amount you actually paid for the App in question. Section 5 sets out additional, specific terms for blockchain tools and BOT-token-gated access, which govern where they're more specific than this section.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, abuses the Store, or attempts to circumvent purchase or licensing controls.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
