HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and click the panel to expand it. Paste your association notes—events, member updates, seasonal tips, announcements—into the text area. Or click "Use page selection" to pull in text you've highlighted on the current page. Press "Generate newsletter" or Ctrl+Enter. The agent returns a complete newsletter draft with a subject line, sections, and closing. Review, edit, and use it in your email or newsletter system. All settings persist per session—your input is saved automatically so you can come back to it.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends only the text you type or paste into the input box, plus any selected text you add via the "Use page selection" button. It does not read your browsing history, other tabs, or any content outside the input box. Usage logs record counts for billing purposes only; the content of your requests is not stored or reviewed.

SUBSCRIPTION

$19.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—each time you click "Generate newsletter" counts as one run. Cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. Unused runs do not roll over.

THE PANEL

The tool runs inside BGPanel, a lightweight UI system built into BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen—it snaps to edges and remembers its position per session. Click the header to collapse the panel into a small bubble; click again to expand. Press Escape at any time to close the panel.
