The AI Bid No Bid Recommender helps sales teams make faster, more disciplined decisions about which opportunities to pursue—saving time, resources, and improving win rates. You provide the bid opportunity details—customer, deal size, timeline, win probability, competition, and any strategic factors—and the agent returns a structured recommendation with five essential sections: Opportunity Summary (a concise overview of the deal), Win Probability Assessment (an evaluation of likelihood to win based on relationship, fit, and historical data), Competitive Landscape (analysis of key competitors, their strengths, and positioning), Risk Analysis (identification of key risks including resource constraints, margin pressure, and timing), and Final Recommendation with Rationale (a clear "bid" or "no bid" recommendation supported by compelling reasoning). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the recommendation focuses on the five most critical decision factors—ensuring decision-makers can quickly evaluate and act with confidence. This is ideal for sales leaders, bid managers, proposal teams, and business development professionals who need to qualify opportunities effectively and avoid costly pursuit mistakes.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your bid opportunity details into the input box—customer, deal size, timeline, win probability, competition, and strategic factors. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Recommend” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured recommendation with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture details from RFPs, CRM records, or strategic briefs without manual retyping. The agent handles any bid scenario, from small proposals to large strategic pursuits.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Recommend” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your bid data.

THE PANEL

Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
