This AI agent helps you create clear, structured summaries of category spend reports. Given a report period, category names with spend amounts, percentage of total spend, and year-over-year change, it identifies the five most important summary priorities for communicating category spend to stakeholders. For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that aspect matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding communication. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter your report period—this could be Q1 2026, Fiscal Year 2025, or H1 2026. List your category details, one per line, with the category name, spend amount, percentage of total spend, and year-over-year change, formatted as "IT Services - $1.2M - 24% - +5%" or "Marketing - $850K - 17% - -2%". Press the "Summarize spend" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a structured category spend summary highlighting the five most critical priorities, each with a clear rationale and a ready-to-use subject line for emails, executive briefings, or stakeholder communications. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull category data from the current page if it is already documented.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Summarize spend", the agent sends exactly the report period and category details you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your spend or financial details. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your spend information is not stored or used for training.
