WHAT IT DOES

The AI Construction agent is a specialized assistant that helps project managers, contractors, and developers quickly assess construction requirements. You provide project details, scope descriptions, or construction requirements, and the agent returns a structured recommendation with five key sections: (1) a project overview restating the scope and key requirements, (2) recommended construction methods with reasoning for each approach, (3) material recommendations suitable for the project type, (4) a rough timeline estimate with phasing and duration expectations, and (5) key risks and mitigations—the primary challenges and how to address them. The output is capped at 1,024 tokens and is designed for quick review and planning.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent from your BotSurf AI Agents panel. The first time you use any AI agent, you will need to paste your API key once—it is stored securely and never leaves your device. Then, describe your construction project in the input box. You can also use the "Use page selection" button to pull selected text directly from the page you are viewing. Click "Generate Construction Recommendation" and within moments you will receive a structured recommendation. The agent runs entirely in a sandboxed frame in BotSurf with no browser extension required.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click the generate button, the agent sends exactly the text you have entered into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page content, browser history, cookies, or any other data. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred and the timestamp, for billing purposes; the content of your request is never stored or logged by BotGentz. The text is transmitted securely and processed by the AI model to generate your recommendation.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent requires an active subscription at $4.99 per month, which includes 100 analysis runs per month. A 7-day free trial is available so you can evaluate the tool before committing. Unused runs do not roll over to the next month. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf subscription settings—no questions asked.

THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable panel within BotSurf. Drag it by the title bar to position it anywhere on your screen—the position is remembered for next time. The panel snaps to the nearest edge when dragged close to the screen border, making it easy to tuck out of the way. Collapse it to a compact title bar with a single click on the header. Press the Escape key to hide the panel; click its icon in the toolbar to show it again.
