You provide the contract redlines (marked changes) and optionally the original contract, and the agent returns a structured summary with four essential sections: Material Changes by Section (a breakdown of substantive edits organized by contract section), Risk/Impact Assessment (an evaluation of the business and legal risk associated with each change), Key Negotiating Points (highlighted areas requiring strategic attention), and Recommended Response (practical guidance on how to address each change, including suggested counterpositions). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the summary focuses on the five most significant changes—ensuring legal professionals can prioritize their review and focus on what matters most. This is ideal for in-house counsel, contract managers, legal ops teams, and business negotiators who need to efficiently review counterparty markups and prepare redline response strategies.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your contract redlines into the input box—marked changes showing deletions, additions, and modifications. Optionally include the original text for comparison. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Summarise changes” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured summary with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture redlines from emails, Word documents, or PDF exports without manual retyping. WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Summarise changes” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. THE PANEL

Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
