WHAT IT DOES

The AI Delivery Route Note Summarizer is a specialized assistant that helps logistics managers, dispatchers, and fleet operators quickly understand delivery performance. You provide driver notes, route logs, or stop observations, and the agent returns a structured route summary with five key sections: (1) a route overview with total stops, completed deliveries, and time on route, (2) a breakdown of delivery statuses—successful, missed, or delayed deliveries, (3) issues encountered such as traffic, access problems, address errors, or customer complaints, (4) customer feedback including relevant comments or special instructions, and (5) recommendations for route optimization or follow-up actions. The output is capped at 1,024 tokens and is designed for quick operational review.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent from your BotSurf AI Agents panel. The first time you use any AI agent, you will need to paste your API key once—it is stored securely and never leaves your device. Then, paste your driver notes or route logs into the input box. You can also use the "Use page selection" button to pull selected text directly from the page you are viewing. Click "Summarize Route" and within moments you will receive a structured summary. The agent runs entirely in a sandboxed frame in BotSurf with no browser extension required.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click the summarize button, the agent sends exactly the text you have entered into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page content, browser history, cookies, or any other data. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred and the timestamp, for billing purposes; the content of your request is never stored or logged by BotGentz. The text is transmitted securely and processed by the AI model to generate your summary.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent requires an active subscription at $4.99 per month, which includes 100 analysis runs per month. A 7-day free trial is available so you can evaluate the tool before committing. Unused runs do not roll over to the next month. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf subscription settings—no questions asked.

The agent opens as a draggable panel within BotSurf. Drag it by the title bar to position it anywhere on your screen—the position is remembered for next time.
