Provide an employee's expense type, amount, and policy category, and the agent returns a structured explanation with four sections: Policy Summary (a brief overview of the relevant policy), Eligibility (whether the expense is covered), Documentation Requirements (what receipts or forms are needed), and Next Steps (what the employee should do). The explanation is clear and helpful, designed to reduce confusion and ensure compliance with company policies.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the expense type, the amount, and the policy category. Press "Explain Policy" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted policy explanation with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as policy documents, expense reports, or notes—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to get more tailored explanations.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the explain button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your expense data or the generated explanation. Your financial information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for explaining policies for multiple expense types, supporting employee inquiries, or supporting ongoing finance operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
