HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from your library. After pasting your API key once (handled securely by the host), enter the customer question or topic you want to answer. Be as specific as possible—the more context you provide, the better the answer will be. Click "Draft FAQ answer" or press Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac). The agent processes your input and returns a complete FAQ entry with the question and answer. You can also highlight a question from any webpage, email, or support ticket and click "Use selection" to auto-fill. THE PANEL
