AI Fixed Asset Note Writer
About this app
WHAT IT DOES
The AI Fixed Asset Note Writer helps insurance professionals, risk managers, accountants, and asset owners document and assess fixed assets efficiently and comprehensively. You provide fixed asset details—asset description, acquisition date, cost, depreciation method, current value, and any specific concerns—and the agent returns a structured fixed asset note with five essential sections: Asset Summary (a concise profile of each asset, including type, location, and key identifiers), Valuation and Depreciation (cost basis, accumulated depreciation, net book value, and fair market value estimates), Physical Condition (an assessment of asset condition, maintenance history, and useful life), Insurance Coverage Assessment (evaluation of coverage adequacy, policy limits, and potential gaps), and Recommended Actions (prioritized steps to address valuation gaps, coverage shortfalls, or condition issues). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the note focuses on the five most critical assets and issues—ensuring users can quickly identify priorities and take action. This is ideal for insurance underwriters, claims adjusters, risk managers, asset managers, and finance teams who need to assess and report on fixed assets for insurance or financial purposes.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your fixed asset details into the input box—descriptions, acquisition dates, costs, depreciation methods, current values, and concerns. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Write note” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured note with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture data from spreadsheets, depreciation schedules, or property records without manual retyping. The agent handles any asset type, from buildings and equipment to vehicles and infrastructure.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Write note” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your asset data.
SUBSCRIPTION
$19.99/month with a 7‑day free trial (no charge during trial). Includes 100 runs per month; unused runs do not roll over. You may cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings—no penalties, no questions asked. After cancellation, access ends at the current billing period’s close. The free trial is a great way to test the agent with your actual asset data before committing.
THE PANEL
Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
