AI Incident Report Summarizer
About this app
WHAT IT DOES
AI Incident Report Summarizer helps developers, engineers, and IT professionals create clear, structured incident report summaries. Provide incident title, date/time, affected service, impact description, root cause, and resolution steps — the agent returns a clear summary with incident title and date/time, affected service, impact description, root cause, resolution steps, and prevention measures. Designed for technical teams, IT professionals, and engineers, this tool helps you document incidents effectively and improve system reliability.
HOW TO USE
Open the AI Incident Report Summarizer in BotSurf. Paste your BotSurf key once — it is stored locally and used only for authentication. In the input panel, describe the incident: incident title, date and time, affected service, impact description, root cause, and resolution steps. Press the "Summarize report" button. Within seconds, receive a clear incident report summary ready to share with your team, include in your post-mortem, or use for future prevention.
WHAT IT SENDS
When you press "Summarize report," the agent sends exactly the plain text you typed into the input box — nothing more. No metadata, no location information, no session identifiers beyond your authenticated key, no context from other apps or browser tabs. Usage logs record only the timestamp and a run count for billing purposes; they do not store, inspect, or retain any of your incident data or generated summaries. No information is sent unless you explicitly press the button.
SUBSCRIPTION
$19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial. Each subscription includes 100 generation runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. You may cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
THE PANEL
The agent interface is a compact panel that opens inside BotSurf. It can be dragged anywhere on screen, snapped to the left or right edge, collapsed to a minimal bar, or dismissed entirely with the Escape key. Your input and settings persist within the panel until you clear them.
PLEASE NOTE
AI-generated incident reports are technical documentation aids, not official incident records, legal documentation, or professional IT advice. The agent may produce content that is incomplete, inaccurate, or not aligned with your specific incident handling procedures. Always review, edit, and verify the summary with your team. This tool is not a substitute for professional IT incident management, legal compliance, or regulatory documentation.
