Each recommendation includes the item, the quantity to reorder, and a one‑sentence explanation of why it's a priority—whether due to low stock, high demand, supplier delays, or seasonal trends. The ranking helps you allocate budget, place orders efficiently, and keep your operations running smoothly. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). In the input box, type or paste your inventory data, reorder points, or supplier details. Include key information like item names or SKUs, current stock levels, reorder thresholds, lead times, supplier names, and any demand forecasts or seasonal notes. The more detail you provide (e.g., "SKU-1234: on hand 15, reorder point 30, lead time 5 days, supplier A. SKU-5678: on hand 8, reorder point 20, supplier delay 3 days. Seasonal demand for SKU-9012 increasing 20%."), the more accurate and targeted the recommendations. Click "Generate Reorders" or use the "Use page selection" button to pull text from any open browser tab, such as an inventory dashboard, a supplier catalog, or a spreadsheet. The AI replies within seconds with a clean, bullet-style panel. No chat history, no follow-up required—just a fast, repeatable reordering tool.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Generate Reorders," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your inventory data and the model's recommendations remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.

THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable, resizable panel that snaps to screen edges and collapses to a small icon when not in use. Press Escape to close it instantly, or click the collapse button to tuck it away. The panel remembers its position and size across sessions (if the host supports state persistence via BGAI.setState). It stays above page content, so you can keep it open while referencing inventory systems, supplier portals, or demand forecasts.
