AI Investor Question Responder
About this app
WHAT IT DOES
The AI Investor Question Responder helps investor relations professionals, CFOs, and executive teams prepare clear, credible, and compliant responses to investor inquiries. You provide the investor question, context (company performance, prior guidance, and any sensitive topics), and desired tone, and the agent returns a structured draft response with five essential sections: Brief Acknowledgment (a respectful opening that validates the question), Direct Answer (a clear, concise response to the core question), Supporting Data (relevant financial or operational metrics that substantiate the answer), Context/Nuance (additional background that provides a complete picture and acknowledges complexities), and Forward-Looking Statement/Guidance (a balanced, compliant perspective on future expectations). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the response focuses on the five most critical facts for a credible, compliant answer—ensuring investor communications are informed, transparent, and defensible. This is ideal for investor relations teams, CFOs, corporate communications, and executive leaders who need to respond to investor questions with confidence and regulatory awareness.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your investor question and context into the input box—question, performance data, prior guidance, sensitive topics, and tone. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Draft response” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured draft response with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture details from earnings scripts, guidance documents, or Q&A prep materials without manual retyping. The agent handles any investor question type, from financial performance to strategy to competitive positioning.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Draft response” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your investor response data.
SUBSCRIPTION
$19.99/month with a 7‑day free trial (no charge during trial). Includes 100 runs per month; unused runs do not roll over. You may cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings—no penalties, no questions asked. After cancellation, access ends at the current billing period’s close. The free trial is a great way to test the agent with your actual investor questions before committing.
THE PANEL
Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
