HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). Click "Generate Line Items" or use the "Use page selection" button to pull text from any open browser tab, such as a project brief, a timesheet, or a quote. The AI replies within seconds with a clean, table‑ready list of line items. No chat history, no follow-up required—just a fast, repeatable invoicing tool.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Generate Line Items," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your billing data and the model's line items remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.

THE PANEL
