HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). In the input box, type or paste the new hire's role, department, or required access. Include key information like job title, team, tools they'll need, security clearance level, and any special requirements (e.g., "Senior Software Engineer, Engineering team, needs access to GitHub, AWS, Slack, Jira, internal API docs, and VPN. WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Generate Checklist," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your onboarding data and the model's checklist remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.
