About this app

WHAT IT DOES

The AI Meeting Minutes Summarizer helps business operations professionals, project managers, and team leads transform raw meeting notes into clear, structured meeting summaries that drive accountability and follow-through. You provide the meeting details—agenda, discussion points, decisions, action items, and any specific focus areas—and the agent returns a structured meeting minutes summary with five essential sections: Meeting Overview (a concise summary of the meeting's purpose, attendees, and key outcomes), Key Discussion Points (a clear, bulleted recap of the main topics covered), Decisions Made (specific, documented decisions reached during the meeting), Action Items with Owners and Deadlines (a clear, accountable list of who needs to do what by when), and Next Steps (a summary of what happens after the meeting). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the summary focuses on the five most critical elements for actionable meeting minutes—ensuring participants leave with clarity and accountability. This is ideal for project managers, team leads, executive assistants, and anyone who needs to document meetings effectively.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your meeting details into the input box—agenda, discussion points, decisions, action items, and focus areas. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Summarize minutes” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured summary with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture details from meeting agendas, notes, or recordings without manual retyping. The agent handles any meeting type, from project stand-ups to board meetings to client reviews.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Summarize minutes” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your meeting data.

SUBSCRIPTION

$19.99/month with a 7‑day free trial (no charge during trial). Includes 100 runs per month; unused runs do not roll over. You may cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings—no penalties, no questions asked. After cancellation, access ends at the current billing period’s close. The free trial is a great way to test the agent with your actual meeting notes before committing.

THE PANEL

Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.

PLEASE NOTE

AI may misrepresent discussion points or miss key decisions. Always validate meeting minutes summaries against the actual meeting recording or notes before distribution. This tool provides general information and summarisation assistance only—it does not constitute professional business, legal, or compliance advice. Users must independently verify all decisions, action items, and deadlines with relevant stakeholders. The agent is an assistant, not a substitute for qualified project managers or business operations professionals.
