Give it a new hire's name, role, team, or start date, and it returns exactly five key welcome message elements, ranked by engagement and clarity. Each element covers an essential part of an effective welcome—a warm greeting that makes the new hire feel valued and excited, a role introduction that clarifies expectations and impact, team context that helps them understand who they'll work with, next steps that guide their first days, and resources that provide everything they need to get started. The ranking helps you prioritize the most engaging and clear elements for your specific new hire. No more generic, forgettable welcomes—just a structured, repeatable process that sets the stage for a positive employee experience.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). In the input box, type or paste new hire details—name, role, team, start date, location, and any special context (e.g., "Sarah Johnson, Marketing Manager, starts Monday, remote team of 8, based in Chicago, reports to VP of Marketing, will manage 3 direct reports"). Click "Write Welcome Message" or use the "Use page selection" button to pull text from any open browser tab, such as an HR system, a job description, or an offer letter. The AI replies within seconds with a clean, bullet‑style panel. No chat history, no follow-up required—just a fast, repeatable welcome message tool.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Write Welcome Message," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your new hire data and the model's welcome draft remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent costs $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Every subscription includes a 7-day free trial—no charge during that period, and you get the full 100 runs/month to evaluate thoroughly. Runs reset on your billing date; unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No long-term commitment, no setup fees, no hidden charges.

THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable, resizable panel that snaps to screen edges and collapses to a small icon when not in use. Press Escape to close it instantly, or click the collapse button to tuck it away. The panel remembers its position and size across sessions (if the host supports state persistence via BGAI.setState). It stays above page content, so you can keep it open while referencing employee files, team structures
