Each element covers an essential part of a meaningful performance review—strengths that highlight what the employee does well, areas for growth that identify opportunities for development, achievements that recognize contributions, goals that set a clear path forward, and a summary that ties everything together. The ranking helps you prioritize the most effective and impactful elements for each employee. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). In the input box, type or paste employee information, performance notes, or role details. Include as much context as possible—employee name, role, tenure, specific achievements, areas where they've struggled, team feedback, and any relevant metrics (e.g., "Sarah Chen, Senior Software Engineer, 3 years at company. Strong code quality and mentorship. Led API project that reduced response time by 40%. Needs to improve documentation and presentation skills. Good team player. Received positive feedback from cross-functional partners."). Click "Draft Review" or use the "Use page selection" button to pull text from any open browser tab, such as a performance tracking system, a project management tool, or a feedback repository. The AI replies within seconds with a clean, bullet‑style panel. No chat history, no follow-up required—just a fast, repeatable review drafting tool.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Draft Review," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your employee data and the model's review draft remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent costs $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Every subscription includes a 7-day free trial—no charge during that period, and you get the full 100 runs/month to evaluate thoroughly. Runs reset on your billing date; unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable, resizable panel that snaps to screen edges and collapses to a small icon when not in use. Press Escape to close it instantly, or click the collapse button to tuck it away. The panel remembers its position and size across sessions (if the host supports state persistence via BGAI.setState). It stays above page content, so you can keep it open while referencing employee records, project data, or HR guidelines.
