WHAT IT DOES

AI Refund Request Evaluator helps customer service teams and support managers make consistent, policy-based refund decisions. Provide customer details including purchase amount, date of purchase, the reason for the refund request, and your company's refund policy, and the agent returns a structured evaluation with four sections: Request Summary (brief recap of the customer's request), Policy Analysis (how the request aligns with your policy), Eligibility Assessment (whether the request is eligible with clear justification), and Recommended Action (approve, deny, or request more information). This tool reduces decision fatigue, ensures policy consistency across your team, and provides documentation for each refund decision.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the purchase amount, the purchase date, a clear description of the customer's reason for requesting a refund, and the relevant sections of your refund policy. Press "Evaluate Request" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted evaluation with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as policy documents, order records, or customer communication—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to get more precise evaluations.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the evaluate button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your refund data or the generated evaluation. Your customer and policy information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for evaluating multiple refund requests, refining policy analysis for different scenarios, or supporting ongoing customer service operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
