AI Review Response Drafter
About this app
WHAT IT DOES
The AI Review Response Drafter helps customer experience teams, business owners, and reputation managers craft professional, empathetic responses to customer reviews—both positive and negative. You provide the review context—review text, star rating, business type, and any specific tone or constraints—and the agent returns a draft review response with five essential sections: Opening (a warm, professional greeting), Acknowledgment/Thanks (a sincere expression of gratitude for the customer's feedback), Response to Specific Points (a direct, thoughtful reply to the issues or praise mentioned), Resolution or Follow-Up (a clear, actionable next step, such as an apology, explanation, or offer to make things right), and Closing (a polite, forward-looking sign-off). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the response focuses on the five most critical elements for a professional and empathetic reply—ensuring customers feel heard and valued. This is ideal for business owners, customer service teams, and reputation managers responding to reviews on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and other platforms.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your review context into the input box—review text, star rating, business type, and tone/constraints. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Draft response” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a draft response with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture reviews from emails, screenshots, or CRM systems without manual retyping. The agent handles any review type, from glowing 5-star reviews to critical 1-star feedback.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Draft response” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your review data.
SUBSCRIPTION
$19.99/month with a 7‑day free trial (no charge during trial). Includes 100 runs per month; unused runs do not roll over. You may cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings—no penalties, no questions asked. After cancellation, access ends at the current billing period’s close. The free trial is a great way to test the agent with your actual customer reviews before committing.
THE PANEL
Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
PLEASE NOTE
