HOW TO USE

Open the agent from your BotSurf dashboard. If this is your first time, enter your BotGentz API key once when prompted—the host securely stores it for future sessions. Paste or type your RFP content into the text area. This could include the full RFP document, a requirements matrix, evaluation criteria tables, or any narrative about the proposal requirements. Click "Generate Summary" or press Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac). The agent returns a structured summary with clear sections for mandatory criteria, evaluation weights, timelines, and priorities. For faster workflows, highlight text anywhere on the page and click the "Selection" button to load it directly into the input field. The panel is fully draggable, snaps to screen edges, collapses to a compact bubble, and dismisses with the Escape key—like all BotSurf panels.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Generate Summary", the agent transmits exactly the plain text content from the input box—and absolutely nothing else. No browser history, cookies, page metadata, session identifiers, hidden form data, or telemetry are included. The request occurs only on your explicit button press; there are no automatic submissions, background pings, or data collection. Usage logs record only the number of successful runs for billing purposes. The content itself is never stored, cached, or retained by BotGentz after the response is delivered. All processing is ephemeral and privacy-preserving, ensuring your RFP data remains confidential.

This agent is available for $19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. The trial provides full access to all features with no restrictions. Your subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for managing multiple RFPs, proposal reviews, and ad-hoc analysis. Unused runs do not roll over to the following month. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
