WHAT IT DOES

AI RFP Response Drafter helps sales professionals and proposal writers create professional, persuasive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Provide a client name, RFP requirements, company qualifications, and your proposed solution, and the agent returns a structured response draft with four sections: Executive Summary (a brief overview of your proposal), Qualifications (why your company is qualified), Solution Approach (how you will address the requirements), and Compliance (how you meet the RFP criteria). The response is designed to be clear, compelling, and aligned with best practices for proposal writing, helping you win more business.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the client name, the RFP requirements, your company qualifications, and your proposed solution. Press "Draft Response" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted RFP response draft with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as RFP documents, capability statements, or notes—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to get more tailored responses.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the draft button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your proposal data or the generated response. Your business information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for drafting responses to multiple RFPs, refining for different clients, or supporting ongoing proposal development. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
