Provide a training topic, describe your target audience, and specify your desired duration or format — and the agent returns a complete plan including: clear training objectives that define what participants will learn, a module breakdown with 3-5 modules and descriptions of content and activities, suggested delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, e-learning, hybrid), a timeline that outlines the schedule and milestones, and evaluation criteria to measure learning outcomes. All output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so you get a focused, practical plan — not a generic template. Whether you're developing a leadership program, onboarding new hires, or upskilling your technical team, this agent helps you design effective training that meets your organisation's needs.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in any BotSurf frame. Enter your training topic (e.g., "Leadership Development", "Python Programming", or "Customer Service Excellence"). Describe your target audience (e.g., "New managers with 0-2 years of experience" or "Data analysts transitioning to Python"). Provide the desired duration or format (e.g., "2-day workshop", "Half-day session", or "6-week online course with weekly modules"). Click "Build Plan" or press Ctrl+Enter. The agent generates a complete training plan in the output panel, structured with clear sections. You can also click "Use the page selection" to grab highlighted text from a webpage — ideal if you have training needs assessments, job descriptions, or curriculum guides open in another tab. The panel remembers its position across sessions (drag to reposition, snap to edges, collapse with Escape), and you can clear inputs or output with one click. No configuration — just topic, audience, duration, and get your plan.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Build Plan," the agent sends only your training topic, target audience description, and duration/format — nothing more, nothing less. It does not send your browsing history, cookies, localStorage, page context, or any other data unless you explicitly paste or select it into the fields. If you use the "Use the page selection" button, the agent copies the selected text from the page into the appropriate input field, and that text is then sent exactly as if you had typed it. All transmissions occur over the BGAI bridge using the API key you have already provided to BotSurf; the agent itself does not store, cache, or log your input content. Usage logs record only the number of successful plan generation requests for billing purposes — they do not retain any query or response text. Your training plans and details remain private to your session.

SUBSCRIPTION

AI Training Plan Builder is priced at $19.99 per month, which includes a 7‑day free trial and 100 plan generations per month. Unused runs do not roll over. Cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The free trial begins automatically on first use, and you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you exceed the monthly limit, additional requests will be blocked until the next billing cycle. Upgrade your plan or purchase extra runs through the BotSurf marketplace as needed. No hidden fees, and no automatic upgrades.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a floating, draggable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the header to reposition it anywhere; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Collapse it to a small bubble with the ✨ emoji by pressing Escape or clicking the collapse handle — the bubble stays accessible without taking up screen space. Expand it again by clicking the bubble. Panel position is persisted via BGAI.setState, so it returns to your preferred spot across sessions. The dark theme (#0f172a background, #38bdf8 accent) ensures readability in any lighting environment.
