The output is crafted in professional, firm but respectful language that helps you achieve better outcomes while maintaining vendor relationships. HOW TO USE

Open this agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted. Then type or paste a description of your negotiation context into the text area. Include the vendor name, what you're negotiating, your position and constraints (budget, timeline, volume), and your desired outcome. WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Draft Message", the agent sends only the text you have entered or selected in the input box. That text is transmitted to the AI model via a secure bridge. No other page content, browsing data, cookies, or personal information is collected or transmitted. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes; they do not store or retain the content of your queries or the AI's responses. The agent does not access your API key directly; the host handles authentication. Your input is truncated to 6,000 characters before transmission to respect model limits.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent is available for $19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Your subscription includes 100 runs per month, which resets monthly. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime through your BotGentz account settings. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the 7-day period ends. Each "Draft Message" action counts as one run. Using "Use Page Selection" does not count as a run until you press "Draft Message". You will receive a usage notification when your remaining runs are low.

THE PANEL

The BotGentz panel is draggable by its title bar and snaps to the edges of the viewport for convenient positioning. It collapses to a compact icon when not in use, preserving screen real estate. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. The panel position is automatically saved per page when you drag it, so it stays where you left it. All controls are self-contained and respond immediately, with flash messages confirming actions and status updates.
