Airdrop Eligibility Scanner

Checks a set of wallets against conditions you specify — minimum transactions sent, and minimum balances of tokens you name. Transaction count is read from the nonce, which is exact and needs no scanning, though it counts only transactions sent rather than received. What makes this trustworthy is what it refuses to fake: proving a wallet called a specific contract needs its full sent-transaction history, which no RPC will list because that is an indexer service rather than a node, so contract-usage criteria are shown for reference and excluded from every verdict. Nobody publishes eligibility rules before a snapshot, so any tool predicting an unannounced airdrop is guessing.
