Amazon Prime Video VPN Region Unlocker is a lightweight front-end that lets you see what your Prime Video experience would look like from another country. It reads your current browsing region, displays the catalog and language tied to that location, and lets you request a switch through BotSurf. This is not a proxy or a VPN – it is a region-aware control panel that shows you what changes when your apparent location shifts.
WHAT THE REGION CHANGES
Changing your region with this app alters several key aspects of your Amazon Prime Video interface:
- Content catalog: the library of movies, TV series, and Amazon Originals updates to reflect what is licensed in the selected country. A title available in the US may not appear in the UK, and vice versa.
- Live sports and events: regional sporting events, such as Premier League matches or NFL games, appear or disappear based on broadcasting rights in that territory.
- Interface language and subtitles: the app surfaces the primary language and subtitle options associated with the region, so you can preview how content is localised.
- Recommendations and trending lists: the "Top 10" and "Popular" sections shift to match viewing habits and promotions in that market.
- Pricing and rental offers: while your account’s home region remains unchanged, the displayed rental or purchase prices reflect the currency and typical pricing structure of the chosen region (for reference only).
HOW TO USE
Open the app either layered over a live Prime Video page or as a full-frame view when no page is loaded. The panel shows your current region at the top – a chip with a flag and label. Tap "Change" to cycle through available regions or use the lookup tool to see details for a specific country. After switching, your browser may ask for a reload; choose "Reload" to refresh the page below. If you choose "Never", the app remains accurate because it reads the new region from BotSurf immediately – no one‑time read is used. You can also edit the reference table to add or modify regions, making the tool adaptable to your needs.
WHAT IT CANNOT DO
This app does not route traffic – BotSurf handles that. It does not bypass Amazon's regional licensing agreements, and it cannot guarantee access to every title in every country. Some content may remain blocked due to local rights restrictions, device-specific limitations, or your Amazon account's original home region. It does not change your Amazon account settings, purchase history, subscription benefits, or payment methods. It does not make you anonymous online – region switching is not a privacy tool, and overstating that would put users at risk.
