Ambassador Program Reward Batch Distributor (Arbitrum One) is a specialized governance and DeFi tool that enables DAOs, communities, and organizations to distribute token rewards to multiple ambassador program participants in a single batched transaction while attaching rich metadata to each payout on Arbitrum One. Instead of sending individual transactions for each ambassador, this tool aggregates all rewards into one atomic contract call. You provide each ambassador's address, token amount, program season, level or role (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze), and optional notes. The tool stores this metadata on-chain alongside each transfer, creating a permanent, auditable record of ambassador rewards. This is ideal for DAO treasury management, community incentive programs, ambassador reward distributions, and any scenario where a community needs to reward multiple ambassadors with clear record-keeping for transparency and compliance. HOW TO USE

Connect your Web3 wallet to Arbitrum One. Enter the token contract address you wish to distribute. Enter the program season (e.g., "Season 3", "Q1-2026") and the default level or role (e.g., "Gold Ambassador", "Silver", "Bronze"). Paste or upload your list of ambassadors in the format "address, amount, level, notes" with one entry per line—amounts are in human-readable token units. Individual level entries override the default level. The tool parses the list and displays a preview showing each ambassador, their amount, level, and notes. Review the sender contract address, fee, and contract owner for transparency. Click the execute rewards button, review the transaction in your wallet, and confirm. The tool executes a batched transfer with metadata attached, storing each ambassador's level and notes on-chain alongside the transfer, along with the program season. After confirmation, all ambassadors receive their rewards, and the reward metadata is permanently recorded on Arbitrum One.

MECHANISM: BATCH AMBASSADOR REWARDS WITH ON-CHAIN METADATA

The tool interacts with a specialized BotGentz sender contract deployed on Arbitrum One that supports a batchTransferERC20WithMetadata function. This function accepts arrays of recipient addresses, token amounts, levels, and notes, along with a season string. The contract stores the metadata by emitting events that include all fields, ensuring the metadata is permanently recorded on-chain and searchable via event logs. The tool builds the batch transaction by encoding each ambassador's address, token amount, level, and notes into the appropriate arrays. It reads the fee() function live from the sender contract, checks the sender's token balance and allowance, approves the exact total, and executes the batch transfer. The season string is stored once for the entire batch. The transaction is atomic—either all ambassadors receive their rewards with metadata, or the entire transaction reverts with no partial payments. This ensures that ambassador rewards are executed with full transparency and auditability on Arbitrum One.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool reads no on-chain data directly. It does not verify that ambassador addresses are valid, that the community has sufficient token balance, or that the token contract address provided is correct. It cannot guarantee that all transfers will succeed—if one transfer fails due to a blacklisted address, insufficient balance, or any other reason, the entire batch reverts. It cannot account for Arbitrum-specific gas mechanics or L2 fee structures. It cannot verify that the reward metadata is accurate or that ambassadors are eligible for rewards. It cannot provide on-chain dispute resolution or clawback mechanisms. It cannot ensure that metadata is indexed or searchable—recipients and auditors may need to query the blockchain directly. It cannot recover from failed transactions or generate reports for failed batches. It cannot verify that the DAO has sufficient funds or that the rewards comply with governance requirements. It cannot verify that the level or role corresponds to actual ambassador contributions.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool works exclusively on EVM-compatible chains and is specifically designed for Arbitrum One. It requires the user to have sufficient native ETH for gas and sufficient token balance to cover the total amount sent plus the sender contract fee. The user is solely responsible for verifying the token contract address, ambassador addresses, amounts, and metadata before signing. Always test with a small batch first to confirm the setup is correct. Metadata storage consumes additional gas—longer notes will increase transaction costs. The sender contract addresses are hardcoded per chain and are publicly available for verification; no third-party custody is involved; you remain in full control of your wallet and funds at all times. On-chain metadata is public and immutable—do not include sensitive information. Arbitrum One's low transaction costs make this tool particularly cost-effective for large ambassador reward distributions.
