WHAT IT DOES
AMM Pool Parameter Update Vote Executor enables governance participants to vote on proposals to change AMM pool parameters such as fee tier, tick spacing, and swap fee. The tool reads your connected wallet address, governance token balance, voting power, pool contract address, current pool parameters (fee tier, tick spacing, swap fee), proposed parameters, proposal details, proposal deadlines, quorum requirements, current block timestamp, and historical voting records. It fetches and displays the current and proposed parameters before you vote. This allows you to make an informed decision about whether to approve the parameter changes.
HOW TO USE
Connect your wallet and select your network. Enter the pool contract address and the governance token address. Input the proposal ID you want to vote on, then choose your vote—For, Against, or Abstain. Click "Fetch proposal & pool params" to load the proposal including the current fee tier, proposed fee tier, current tick spacing, proposed tick spacing, current swap fee, proposed swap fee, proposal status (Active/Ended/Executed), deadline, quorum requirement, and current vote counts. The tool also displays your voting power based on your governance token balance. Review all details carefully—the tool shows the parameter change context so you understand what you're voting on. Once reviewed, click "Cast vote" to submit your vote on-chain.
THE REAL MECHANISM — ON-CHAIN GOVERNANCE VOTING WITH PARAMETER CONTEXT
Unlike generic voting interfaces that only submit a vote, this tool provides comprehensive pool parameter context to support informed decision-making. It first fetches your voting power via balanceOf on the governance token contract. It then calls getCurrentParams to read the pool's current fee tier, tick spacing, and swap fee, and getProposedParams to read the proposed parameters. It calls getProposal to retrieve the full proposal struct containing the proposer, description, deadline, quorum, and vote tallies. All data is fetched in parallel using Promise.all to minimize latency. The vote submission uses the pool's castVote function with the proposal ID and vote choice (0=Against, 1=For, 2=Abstain). The entire flow is atomic—if the proposal deadline has passed or quorum hasn't been met, the contract reverts and the tool reports the error. Gas costs are reported using receipt.effectiveGasPrice.
WHAT IT CANNOT SEE
Cannot predict parameter update impact on trading volume—the tool cannot model how the new fee tier or tick spacing will affect trading activity. It cannot ensure optimal parameter selection—the "optimal" parameters depend on market conditions, token pairs, and user preferences. It cannot detect if the proposed parameters contain vulnerabilities—the tool does not audit the implementation. It cannot verify off-chain parameter analysis—the tool has no visibility into any off-chain analysis or recommendations. It cannot predict how other governance participants will vote or whether the proposal will pass.

This tool exclusively supports EVM-compatible chains where ethers.js can connect via standard JSON-RPC. It does not support non-EVM chains such as Solana, Tron, Starknet, SUI, TON, Aptos, Bitcoin, Cosmos, or XRP. The pool contract must implement the specific interface expected by this tool (getProposal, getCurrentParams, getProposedParams, getVoterPower, castVote).
