Batch Metadata Refresher

Reads tokenURI across a range of ids and classifies where each points — on-chain data, IPFS, Arweave, a gateway, or an ordinary web address whose owner can change it whenever they like. It strips the trailing id to recover the base URI and reports how many distinct ones exist: a single shared base means the owner can repoint the entire collection in one transaction if setBaseURI is exposed. It is also honest about its own limit — there is no on-chain way to make a marketplace re-read metadata, since refreshing is a request to each marketplace’s private indexer, so it links to the relevant pages rather than pretending to force anything.
