About this app
WHAT IT DOES
Beta Access Request Drafter is a writing tool that analyzes beta program descriptions, eligibility criteria, and access instructions from any webpage, then drafts a professional, persuasive beta access request email. It identifies the product or service, beta program goals, and any eligibility requirements, then generates a well-structured request that clearly explains your interest in the product, highlights relevant experience or background, and confirms your availability to provide constructive feedback during the beta period. You can choose between a formal or enthusiastic style, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in your email client or application form.
WHERE IT RUNS
This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying beta program descriptions, eligibility criteria, access instructions, or similar beta-related content. Common sources include product launch pages, beta signup portals, and software company websites.
HOW TO USE
Navigate to any page that displays a beta program description, eligibility criteria, or access instructions. Open the BotGentz extension and select Beta Access Request Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter why you are interested in the beta, your relevant experience or background, and your availability to provide feedback. Select your preferred style (formal or enthusiastic) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Request" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant beta program details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, persuasive beta access request in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.
TECHNICAL SECTION — BETA PROGRAM AND ELIGIBILITY EXTRACTION
This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on beta program and product launch communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing beta indicators such as "beta," "program," "access," "eligibility," "criteria," "interest," "experience," "feedback," "availability," and "application." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the program data and surrounding structural markers (product names, beta goals, eligibility requirements). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a beta program context using features like beta language frequency ("beta," "program," "access," "test," "feedback"), eligibility markers, and application indicators. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into three core categories: the product and program description, the eligibility criteria, and the access instructions. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, interest, experience, availability, and style preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a professional, persuasive beta access request with standardized sections (greeting, interest statement, experience highlights, availability confirmation, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.
THE PANEL
The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.
PLEASE NOTE
This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active subscription to access the AI drafting feature. AI-generated beta access requests are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before sending, as interpretations may occasionally miss program nuances or misread eligibility criteria. Websites change their beta page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
