About this app

WHAT IT DOES

This tool provides on-chain triggering and execution of buyback-and-make token mechanisms, enabling you to execute buyback programs that purchase target tokens using treasury assets and distribute them to stakeholders. It reads your connected wallet address, buyback contract address, treasury token address, target token address, buyback amount, current price, current block timestamp, buyback eligibility, and execution history. You can then sign and send transactions to trigger buyback mechanisms, execute buyback operations, distribute tokens to designated recipients, and record mechanism metadata on-chain. All buyback parameters are displayed in a clear review panel before you sign, so you know exactly what you are triggering. The tool also logs transaction hashes, confirmation status, and gas costs, providing a complete audit trail of all buyback activities.

HOW TO USE

Connect your wallet using the built-in wallet bridge, choose the network that matches your buyback contract, and paste the buyback contract address, treasury token address, and target token address. Enter the buyback amount in raw units and token decimals for display purposes. The review panel shows all inputs, the current price, and buyback eligibility before you sign. Use the numbered action buttons: check eligibility to verify if a buyback can be executed based on current conditions; trigger buyback to initiate the buyback mechanism; execute buyback to perform the actual buyback operation; or distribute tokens to distribute the acquired tokens to stakeholders. You can also check status to view current buyback eligibility and price, or view execution history to see all past buyback execution timestamps. Each transaction is signed sequentially, and the tool displays transaction details and confirmation status.

THE REAL MECHANISM

This tool uses ethers.js v5.7.2 to build and send transactions through the wallet's signer. It does not rely on any hardcoded contract addresses – you paste the buyback contract you are using, so you are in full control. When you trigger a buyback, the tool constructs a contract call to the triggerBuyback function, which initiates the buyback process based on the specified amount. When you execute a buyback, the tool calls executeBuyback, which performs the actual purchase of target tokens using treasury assets. When you distribute tokens, the tool calls distributeTokens, which sends the acquired tokens to the designated recipients. The tool reads buyback state via buybackEligible and currentPrice view functions, and execution history via getExecutionHistory. All transactions are sequential to prevent nonce conflicts, and gas costs are calculated using effectiveGasPrice for accurate post-EIP-1559 reporting.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot verify off-chain token valuation, predict market impact, detect price manipulation, or ensure that the buyback contract handles execution correctly. It cannot detect if the buyback price is fair or if the market is being manipulated. The tool also cannot verify that the buyback contract correctly handles edge cases like insufficient funds, price slippage, or distribution logic. It cannot simulate the outcome of a transaction before you sign it, nor can it guarantee that the buyback will be executed correctly if the contract is not properly implemented.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool works only on EVM-compatible chains supported by your wallet and provider. Always double-check the contract addresses and parameters before signing. Use testnet first. The tool is a transaction-signing interface and buyback management tool, not a token valuation or market analysis system.
