This makes it easier to compare regional cloud storage prices, discover cost-effective plans, and navigate the complex landscape of cloud storage geo-pricing strategies.

WHAT THE REGION CHANGES — SPECIFIC

When the region is set to a specific country, this app reflects the following practical changes:

• Provider availability becomes visible — Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, Box, pCloud, Sync.com, and regional providers have different regional footprints and local partnerships.

• Currency and plans are shown — USD with 2TB at $9.99/mo and 1TB at $6.99/mo in the US; GBP with 2TB at £8.99/mo and 1TB at £5.99/mo in the UK; INR with 2TB at ₹950/mo and 1TB at ₹650/mo in India.

• Payment methods are displayed — credit card and PayPal in the US; credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay in the UK; credit card, UPI, and net banking in India.

• Promotional offers are noted — annual plans at 20% off in the US, 15% off in the UK, and mobile wallet discounts in India.

Once the app is open, check the region chip in the header to confirm you are browsing as a specific country. If not, use the "switch" button or the "Prompt region change" button in the main card to ask BotSurf to switch. When a region change is initiated, your browser will ask for permission to reload; accept the reload to apply the new region to the page underneath. If you choose not to reload, the app will still show the updated region status, but the underlying provider page will continue to use the previous region until it is refreshed manually.
