WHAT IT DOES

Conditional Token Merge Executor is a specialized DeFi tool that merges conditional tokens into parent positions with split ratio tracking, batch support, and redemption handling. It reads the conditional token contract state, merge contract state, and collateral token state to manage token merging operations. The tool fetches the user's address, token balances, allowances, position IDs, merge eligibility, merge fee amount, payout token state, user balance, and user allowance. It also reads merge history, outcome resolution state, token composition, oracle price feed, gas price, block timestamp, chain ID, transaction nonce, execution eligibility, merge result, split ratio, and merge count. It supports three key actions: merging conditional tokens into a parent position, batch merging multiple positions, and redeeming merged tokens after resolution.

HOW TO USE

Connect your wallet and select your network from the dropdown. Paste the conditional token contract address, merge contract address, and collateral token contract address. Click "Read Position Status" to fetch your position ID, token balances, merge eligibility, merge fee, outcome resolution state, token composition, split ratio, merge history, merge count, and execution eligibility. To merge tokens into a parent position, enter the position ID and amount, then click "Merge Tokens". To merge multiple positions simultaneously, click "Batch Merge". To redeem merged tokens after the outcome is resolved, click "Redeem Merged". The action preview shows the position ID, amount, action type, and status before submission.

CONDITIONAL TOKEN MERGE AND REDEMPTION ENGINE

The tool implements a comprehensive merge engine that combines conditional tokens into parent positions and manages redemption after resolution. It reads the user's tokenBalances to display holdings of each conditional token, then checks mergeEligible to confirm the user can merge. The tool reads mergeFee to display the cost of the merge operation. It reads outcomeResolutionState to show whether the conditional market has been resolved, and tokenComposition to display the underlying assets. The tool reads splitRatio to show the proportion in which tokens are merged, and mergeHistory to track past merges. When merging, the tool constructs a mergeTokens transaction with the amount to merge—the contract burns the conditional tokens and creates a parent position token representing the combined position. For batch merging, the tool calls batchMerge with an array of amounts, processing multiple positions in a single transaction. After the outcome is resolved, the tool can call redeemMerged which redeems the merged position for the payout token based on the outcome. The tool reads collateralTokenState to verify the underlying collateral is available, and oraclePriceFeed to ensure accurate pricing. Gas estimation uses the provider's fee data with a safety multiplier, and the tool validates that the user has sufficient conditional token balances and allowances for the merge operation.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot verify that the merged position will be correctly resolved or that the resolution outcome is fair. It cannot detect if the conditional token contract has been compromised or upgraded with malicious logic. It cannot guarantee that the merge transaction will succeed if the resolution state changes. It cannot recover funds if the merge contract has bugs or is exploited. It cannot predict the outcome of the conditional token or the payout amount. It cannot provide financial, investment, or trading advice. It cannot ensure that the payout will be received. It cannot detect if the merge contract has been upgraded. It cannot guarantee that the merge will be accepted by the market. It cannot verify off-chain token terms, market conditions, or legal agreements.
