CREATE2 Address Predictor

CREATE2 makes an address knowable in advance from deployer, salt and init code hash. Predicts it, checks whether anything is already deployed there, and mines salts for a wanted prefix in timed slices so the tab stays responsive. Also explains why the same address can hold different contracts on different chains — same inputs, same result, everywhere. Prediction is exact and needs no chain access; the deployment check does. Salt mining runs in the browser, so four characters is quick, six is slow and eight is not realistic. The same inputs give the same address on every EVM chain, which is why one address can hold different contracts on different ones.
