Ethereum L1 NFT Batch Price Update Tool (Not a Transfer)

WHAT IT DOES

Ethereum L1 NFT Batch Price Update Tool lets you modify sell order prices for multiple ERC-721 NFTs in a single transaction on the Ethereum mainnet. The tool reads your connected wallet and chain ID, verifies NFT ownership, and checks marketplace approvals. You provide the NFT contract address, a list of token IDs and new prices in ETH, and the marketplace contract address. The tool checks if you have approved the marketplace to transfer your NFTs, prompts for approval if needed, then executes batch price updates. This saves gas compared to updating prices individually and streamlines the process for large collections.

HOW TO USE

Connect your wallet and ensure you are on the Ethereum mainnet. Enter the ERC-721 NFT contract address. Enter the marketplace contract address where your NFTs are listed. Paste your price updates as comma-separated values (one per line: token ID, new price in ETH). Review the summary table showing all NFTs and their new prices. Click "sign & update batch" to approve the marketplace contract if needed and execute the price updates. The tool will attempt batch updating if the marketplace supports it, or fall back to individual updates.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM

The tool does not use any hardcoded contract addresses—you provide both the NFT contract and the marketplace contract, ensuring you are in full control of where your NFTs are listed. It verifies ownership of each NFT by calling ownerOf() on the NFT contract. If the marketplace is not yet approved, it calls setApprovalForAll() to grant the marketplace contract permission to transfer your NFTs. It then calls the marketplace's price update function—first attempting a batch update call if available, then falling back to individual updates. This approach works with any marketplace that uses on-chain approvals and provides a compatible price update interface.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot guarantee that price updates are reflected on all marketplaces immediately due to off-chain indexing delays. It cannot cancel existing listings or offers automatically—you must cancel those separately. It cannot detect if NFTs are currently listed or under offer elsewhere. It cannot recover incorrectly entered token IDs or prices. It is limited to ERC-721 NFTs on Ethereum mainnet only. It does not handle ERC-1155 tokens. It does not simulate or estimate gas costs beyond the contract fee. It requires the NFT contract to support approve or setApprovalForAll for marketplace contracts. It does not support marketplaces that require signed off-chain orders instead of on-chain approvals. It cannot update prices for listings created off-chain or through order books that do not use on-chain price storage.

This tool only works on the Ethereum mainnet (EVM-compatible). It requires a web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask) connected via the injected wallet bridge. Always double-check your token IDs and new prices before signing. The tool is free to use; only blockchain transaction fees apply. You are responsible for ensuring you are using the correct marketplace contract address. Price updates may take time to appear on the marketplace due to off-chain indexing.
