EVM Inscription Minter

An inscription is a zero-value transaction whose only content is calldata, so its entire cost is intrinsic gas — 21000 plus 16 per non-zero byte and 4 per zero byte — which makes the total exactly predictable before sending. Converts text to hex and back, estimates the full run, and sends sequentially because firing them together makes the wallet issue conflicting nonces. Says plainly that whether these register depends on the indexer for that protocol; the chain itself just sees transactions carrying data.
