The tool compiles dividend data into a visual bar chart that shows dividend trends over time, making it easy to spot patterns and growth. Summary statistics display total distributions, average dividend amount, and year-over-year growth percentage. Recent dividend payments are shown in a scrollable list with dates, types, amounts, and reinvestment indicators. You can toggle between chart and table views to suit your preference, and your view settings are saved across sessions. This provides a complete, visual overview of your Fundrise dividend history and performance.

This extension operates exclusively on fundrise.com domain pages that contain dividend and distribution history content—specifically pages with "/dividend", "/distribution", "/portfolio", or "/account" in the URL path, or pages that display dividend listings and distribution data. It works alongside the free BotGentz companion extension, which provides the necessary DOM access and page interaction capabilities. The dividend history chart runs entirely within your local browser instance and does not communicate with any external servers or APIs. All dividend data extraction, chart rendering, and preference storage occurs on your machine, ensuring your financial data and portfolio history remain private. It supports all modern Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) and Firefox when paired with the BotGentz bridge.

HOW TO USE

After installing both BotGentz and this dividend chart, navigate to any Fundrise dividend or distribution history page. Within 1-2 seconds, a panel appears in the bottom-right corner displaying summary statistics including total distributions, average dividend, and year-over-year growth with color-coded indicators—green for positive growth, yellow for negative. The "Chart" section shows a bar chart of dividend amounts over time with grid lines, max and min markers, and a trend line overlay. The "History" section lists recent dividend payments with date, type, amount, and a reinvestment icon when applicable. The "Settings" section includes a toggle to switch between chart and list views—your preference is saved automatically. The panel provides a complete visual analysis of your dividend history.

DIVIDEND DATA EXTRACTION AND CHART VISUALIZATION

The dividend history chart uses a multi-strategy extraction system to locate and parse dividend data from Fundrise pages. It first attempts to find structured dividend elements using selectors based on the site's typical class naming patterns, including "dividend-item," "distribution-item," "dividend-row," and "payment-item." When these selectors fail due to site updates, the tool falls back to scanning page content for dividend-like text patterns, looking for elements that contain currency amounts and date patterns. For each detected dividend, the tool extracts the payment date through pattern matching for MM/DD/YYYY or Month DD, YYYY formats, amount through pattern matching for dollar values, dividend type through keyword detection for "Qualified," "Ordinary," "Return of Capital," "ROC," "Special," or "Reinvested," and reinvestment status through keyword detection for "reinvest" or "DRP." The chart visualization uses SVG to render a bar chart with grid lines, min/max markers, and a trend line. Year-over-year growth is calculated by grouping dividends by year and comparing the most recent year's total to the previous year's total.

THE PANEL

The dividend history chart panel is a compact, functional overlay that integrates into the Fundrise portfolio page. It can be dragged by clicking and holding the title bar, positioning the panel anywhere on the screen for optimal visibility while you analyze your dividend history. The panel includes a built-in snap feature that automatically aligns to the nearest screen edge when released within 48 pixels, keeping your workspace organized. Click the collapse arrow in the top-right corner to minimize the panel to a small icon bubble showing a gear emoji, preserving screen space while keeping the tool accessible. The panel is not resizable in this version, maintaining a consistent compact size that works on all screen resolutions. Press the Escape key to instantly hide the panel; press Escape again to restore it. All position, collapse state, and view mode preferences are saved locally using GM_setValue and persist across browsing sessions.

PLEASE NOTE

This extension requires the free BotGentz extension to function—the dividend history chart does not work standalone. Fundrise occasionally updates its page layouts and dividend presentation formats, which may temporarily affect data extraction accuracy. The tool extracts dividend data from the visible page content; if dividend history is loaded dynamically after page load, you may need to wait a moment or refresh the page for the panel to populate. The chart is a visual representation of extracted data and is provided for informational purposes—always verify dividend amounts and distribution details on the official Fundrise platform. The tool does not store or transmit any data; all dividend data extraction, chart rendering, and settings are processed and saved entirely within your browser.
