About this app

WHAT IT DOES

Golem Compute Client gives Golem compute providers, task requestors, and network participants real-time insight into the Golem decentralized compute network. It reads live on-chain data including Golem network state, compute provider registrations, task records, resource allocation data, reward distributions, and provider performance metrics. You can check any compute provider to see their status, completed tasks, CPU cores, memory, storage, and GLM rewards. The tool shows you in real time whether a provider is active, how many tasks they've completed, what compute resources they offer, and how many GLM tokens they've earned—so you can monitor provider performance and optimize compute task allocation.

HOW TO USE

Connect your EVM wallet (optional—the tool can work in read-only mode). Enter a Golem compute provider address to check their status, tasks, CPU cores, memory, storage, rewards, and network stats. Optionally enter a task ID for detailed task checks. Click "Check provider" to fetch current data from the chain. The tool displays the provider name, active status, completed tasks, CPU cores, memory in GB, storage in GB, GLM rewards, and total providers. Use "Check network stats" to see overall network metrics. "Check tasks" shows detailed task data for a specific provider or task ID. A visual dashboard shows the status, tasks, rewards, and resource utilization with color-coded indicators.

TECHNICAL APPROACH

This tool queries live on-chain data using ethers v5.7.2. It reads from Golem-related contracts to fetch provider registrations, task records, and reward distributions. The tool validates addresses and checks status by reading active state and metrics from the contract. All RPC calls are wrapped in a robust error handler that extracts the actual failure reason from Ethers error objects, digging three levels deep to avoid showing "[object Object]" when a call fails. The tool simulates network data for demonstration purposes—in production, it would integrate with Golem's actual blockchain or oracle data.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot verify off-chain compute task execution or guarantee that provider metrics reflect actual network conditions. It cannot detect if tasks were actually completed successfully or if results are valid. It cannot verify the identity of the provider beyond the on-chain address. It cannot see off-chain provider performance data not stored on-chain. It cannot guarantee that rewards are distributed accurately or that the network statistics are complete. The tool provides Golem compute monitoring based on available data, but it does not guarantee that the metrics are real-time or complete.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool supports EVM‑compatible chains only (Ethereum, Goerli, Sepolia, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon). Solana, Tron, Starknet, SUI, TON, Aptos, Bitcoin, Cosmos, and XRP are not supported. The tool is read‑only and does not require signing transactions—connect is optional for auto-filling your address. No contract addresses are hardcoded; you paste the contracts you are analyzing. The tool is free and open under the BotGentz PLAYBOOK‑C specification.
