WHAT IT DOES Health Factor Checker gives DeFi users, liquidators, and risk managers real-time insight into position health across lending protocols. It reads live on-chain data including position health factors, collateral values, debt values, liquidation thresholds, user positions, and protocol parameters. You can check any user's position to see their health factor, collateral and debt amounts, liquidation threshold, and overall risk status. The tool shows you in real time whether a position is healthy, at moderate risk, or in danger of liquidation—so you can take action before getting liquidated. HOW TO USE Connect your EVM wallet (optional—the tool can work in read-only mode). Enter the protocol contract address, user address (defaults to your wallet), collateral token address, and debt token address. Click "Check health factor" to fetch current data from the chain. The tool displays the user's collateral value, debt value, health factor, liquidation threshold, position status (Healthy/Moderate risk/Liquidation risk), and collateral needed to avoid liquidation if at risk. A visual dashboard shows the health factor and a color-coded health bar. All data is read directly from the contract—no assumptions or simulations. TECHNICAL APPROACH This tool queries live contract state using ethers v5.7.2. It calls getPositionData() on the protocol contract to fetch collateral, debt, and health factor in a single call, falling back to individual getCollateralValue(), getDebtValue(), and getHealthFactor() calls if needed. It reads getLiquidationThreshold() to get the protocol's liquidation parameter. Token decimals are read from the token contracts to format amounts correctly.
