Method Signature Resolver

Matches a selector against a local dictionary of around fifty signatures covering the ERC standards, DEX routers, lending and proxy calls, then decodes the calldata against whatever matched. Handles collisions honestly — only 4 bytes of a 32-byte hash are used, so more than one signature can produce the same selector, and the one that actually decodes is the real one. Also hashes your own candidate signatures to test them. The dictionary covers around fifty common signatures and cannot be exhaustive, because a selector is one way and most contracts have functions no list carries. A miss means unknown, not suspicious. Where more than one signature matches, the one whose arguments actually decode is the real one.
