About this app

WHAT IT DOES

NFT Fractional Buy-In Helper is a specialized browser extension that transforms any NFT detail or collection page into a fractional purchasing interface. It automatically detects the NFT contract address and token ID from the page you're viewing, then reads on-chain data from supported fractionalization protocols to calculate your buy-in parameters. The tool monitors collection floor prices in real-time and displays estimated costs including minimum fraction size, total ETH required, protocol fees, gas costs, and recommended slippage. When you click the "Buy Fraction" button, it constructs and signs a transaction through your connected wallet to purchase the specified fraction of the NFT, using the current floor price as the reference valuation. All calculations update automatically as market conditions change, ensuring you always see the current execution price.

WHERE IT RUNS

This overlay operates on OpenSea asset and collection pages (including all subdomains) and Rarible token and collection pages. It works in any browser that supports the BotGentz extension framework and has an EVM-compatible wallet extension installed. The panel appears as a floating overlay that stays visible as you navigate between different NFT detail pages, automatically resetting its data for each new NFT you view.

HOW TO USE

Simply install the extension and navigate to any supported NFT marketplace page. The panel automatically detects the NFT contract and token ID, then attempts to read fractional pool data from supported protocols. If fractionalization is available, the panel displays pool statistics including reserve size, total supply, outstanding fractions, and protocol fees. Enter the amount of ETH you wish to invest, select your preferred fractionalization protocol and slippage tolerance, then click "Buy Fraction." Your wallet will prompt you to confirm the transaction. The panel also includes a refresh button to manually update data, auto-refresh toggle for continuous monitoring, and a copy button to easily share the contract address.

MECHANISM: DIRECT-READ FRACTIONAL POOL AGGREGATION WITH FALLBACK PROTOCOL DETECTION

Unlike generic NFT tools that rely on centralized APIs, this extension reads fractional pool data directly from on-chain protocol contracts using ethers.js loaded at runtime. It constructs multicall batches to simultaneously query reserve balances, total supply, outstanding fractions, fee structures, and minimum fraction sizes from protocols like Tesseract, Fractional Art, and NFTX. The tool implements protocol detection heuristics that attempt to identify which fractionalization standard a given NFT uses by checking for common interface signatures (ERC-20 token addresses, vault factory contracts, and fractional ownership registries). When a known protocol is detected, the tool automatically configures its transaction builder with the correct ABI and function selectors. If no protocol is detected, the tool intelligently falls back to checking for any ERC-20 token associated with the contract that has a recognizable fractionalization pattern. Floor price data is sourced directly from the page DOM combined with on-chain oracle verification, cross-referencing against the latest block's state to reject stale or manipulated price displays.

THE PANEL

The overlay panel is fully draggable via its title bar and remembers its position per-site using GM_setValue. It snaps to the nearest edge when dragged within 40px of any screen boundary. The panel supports two primary size states: expanded (shows full metrics including pool details, buy parameters, and action buttons) and collapsed (a thin 32px bar showing only a status indicator and the tool emoji). The panel automatically collapses when not in active use but expands on hover or click. Pressing Escape temporarily dismisses the panel until you navigate to a new NFT page or manually reactivate via the extension toolbar button. All wallet connection status, transaction history, and error messages are displayed inline within the panel.

PLEASE NOTE

This extension requires the free BotGentz framework extension to be installed and active. You must also have a real EVM-compatible wallet extension (such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, or Rabby) already installed in your browser—the overlay uses your wallet's RPC provider to make eth_call requests and to sign transactions. This tool works exclusively with Ethereum Virtual Machine chains including Ethereum mainnet, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base. The fractionalization protocols supported are those that have deployed contracts on these chains. Because NFT marketplaces and fractionalization protocols frequently update their interfaces and smart contract addresses, the overlay's data-fetching and transaction-building scripts may require periodic updates. We commit to releasing compatibility updates within 48 hours of any reported major marketplace or protocol contract change. No private keys, wallet balances, browsing history, or NFT ownership data are ever collected, transmitted, or stored—all blockchain reads and writes are performed directly from your local wallet RPC provider to public blockchain nodes. The tool cannot verify actual liquidity depth beyond what is readable on-chain and cannot guarantee protection against front-running or manipulation of the floor price during transaction confirmation.
