About this app

WHAT IT DOES

NFT Trait Rarity Sniper watches the current page for NFT listings, extracts trait data from visible NFTs, calculates rarity scores based on trait frequencies, and automatically identifies undervalued NFTs with rare traits relative to their listing price, providing buy recommendations and alerts. The tool helps you discover hidden gems in NFT collections by finding underpriced NFTs with rare attributes.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool works on any webpage that displays NFT listings with visible trait data, including NFT marketplaces, collection pages, and trading platforms. It automatically detects NFTs, their traits, and listing prices from page content. The script runs on all websites as designated in its match patterns.

HOW TO USE

After installing the BotGentz extension, navigate to any NFT collection page. Click the NFT Trait Rarity Sniper icon in your browser toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut (Alt+T). The panel will open. Click "Connect Wallet" to connect your real EVM wallet extension—this provides network context. Configure your minimum rarity score threshold and maximum price per NFT in ETH. Toggle auto-alerts on discovery, desktop notifications, and sound alerts. Click "Scan Now" to analyze all visible NFTs on the page. The tool extracts trait data, calculates rarity scores based on how often each trait appears, and identifies NFTs with high rarity scores that are priced below your maximum threshold. Results appear in the panel with rarity scores, prices, and top traits. Click "Start Auto-Scan" to enable continuous monitoring at your configured interval. Use "Stop Auto-Scan" to pause scanning.

TECHNICAL SECTION — TRAIT EXTRACTION AND FREQUENCY-BASED RARITY SCORING

Unlike generic NFT browsing tools, this tool uses a trait extraction and frequency-based rarity scoring engine. It scans the page DOM to identify NFT elements, extracting both listing prices and trait data from multiple sources—structured trait elements, attribute labels, and text patterns. Each NFT's traits are cataloged, and the engine builds a frequency map across all NFTs in the current view. Rarity scores are calculated using a weighted formula: each trait's rarity score is the inverse of its frequency (1 / frequency), meaning rarer traits contribute more to the overall score. The final rarity score for an NFT is the average of its individual trait scores, multiplied by 100 for readability. The engine then filters NFTs that meet the configured minimum rarity score and maximum price, ranking them by rarity score. When a new undervalued NFT is discovered, the tool triggers alerts across multiple channels. This approach enables rapid identification of underpriced rare NFTs without requiring external API calls.

THE PANEL

The panel is draggable anywhere on the screen and remembers its position per site. It can snap to the left, right, top, or bottom edges, or float freely. Collapse it to a small status indicator when you need more page visibility, and expand it again with a single click. Resize it vertically or horizontally to show more results. Press Escape to close the panel instantly. All settings (min rarity, max price, scan interval, auto-alerts, notifications, sound) are saved globally and persist across sessions.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and a real EVM wallet extension already installed in your browser. EVM chains only—supports Ethereum Mainnet, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Optimism. Wallet connection is read-only; this tool never initiates transactions or signs messages. Cannot access trait rarity data for NFTs that are not visible on the current page, cannot calculate accurate rarity scores without sufficient sample size of the collection, cannot detect off-platform listings or private sales, and cannot access trait rarity data from external APIs without additional configuration. Users must manually verify rarity scores and conduct their own research before purchasing any NFTs. Rarity scores are estimates based on visible NFTs and may not reflect the full collection. Websites change their layouts frequently; scripts may need updates, and we work to keep them current but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
