About this app

WHAT IT DOES

This tool provides on-chain bridging of game currency between different blockchains, enabling you to move game tokens across chains. It reads your connected wallet address, bridge contract address, game token address, source chain token balance, target chain token balance, bridge fee, current block timestamp, bridge status, and bridge history. You can then sign and send transactions to bridge game currency from one chain to another, claim bridged tokens on the target chain, and record bridge metadata on-chain. All bridge parameters are displayed in a clear review panel before you sign, so you know exactly what you are bridging. The tool also logs transaction hashes, confirmation status, and gas costs, providing a complete audit trail of all bridge activities.

HOW TO USE

Connect your wallet using the built-in wallet bridge, choose the network that matches your bridge contract, and paste the bridge contract address and game token address. Enter the target chain ID, the bridge amount in raw units, and token decimals for display purposes. The review panel shows all inputs, your current balance, and the bridge fee before you sign. Use the numbered action buttons: check balances to view your current token balance, bridge fee, and bridge history; bridge tokens to send game currency from the current chain to the target chain; or claim tokens to claim bridged tokens on the target chain (after the bridge transaction is processed). You can also view bridge history to see all past bridge transaction IDs. Each transaction is signed sequentially, and the tool displays transaction details and confirmation status.

THE REAL MECHANISM

This tool uses ethers.js v5.7.2 to build and send transactions through the wallet's signer. It does not rely on any hardcoded contract addresses – you paste the bridge contract you are using, so you are in full control. When you bridge tokens, the tool constructs a contract call to the bridgeTokens function, which takes the amount and target chain ID. The contract locks or burns the tokens on the source chain, emits a bridge event, and charges a bridge fee. When you claim tokens, the tool calls claimTokens with the bridge ID, which verifies the bridge proof and mints or releases the tokens on the target chain. The tool reads bridge state via userBalance, bridgeFee, and getBridgeStatus view functions, as well as getBridgeHistory for the full history. All transactions are sequential to prevent nonce conflicts, and gas costs are calculated using effectiveGasPrice for accurate post-EIP-1559 reporting.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot verify off-chain game state, validate token authenticity, detect bridge exploits, or ensure that the bridge contract handles bridging correctly. It cannot detect if the game tokens are authentic or if the bridge contract has vulnerabilities. The tool also cannot verify that the bridge contract correctly handles edge cases like failed bridges, invalid target chains, or fee updates. It cannot simulate the outcome of a transaction before you sign it, nor can it guarantee that the bridge will be processed correctly if the contract is not properly implemented.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool works only on EVM-compatible chains supported by your wallet and provider. Always double-check the contract addresses and parameters before signing. Use testnet first. The tool is a transaction-signing interface and bridge management tool, not a game state or token authenticity verification system.
