WHAT IT DOES

Pitch Deck Summary Generator is a writing tool that analyzes pitch deck content, slide descriptions, and business plan summaries from any webpage, then generates a concise summary of the pitch. It identifies the problem being solved, the solution offered, the market opportunity, key traction or progress, and the specific ask or next steps, then produces a clear, well-structured summary that captures the essential content of the pitch. You can choose between a brief or detailed summary length, review the summary in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for your reference, for sharing with stakeholders, or for use in your own communications.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying pitch deck content, slide descriptions, business plan summaries, or similar pitch-related content. Common sources include pitch deck platforms, investor portals, and company websites.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays pitch deck content, slide descriptions, or a business plan summary. Open the BotGentz extension and select Pitch Deck Summary Generator from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Select your preferred summary length (brief or detailed) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Generate Summary" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant pitch details and sends them to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a concise summary in the panel. Review the summary, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for your reference.

TECHNICAL SECTION — PITCH DECK AND BUSINESS PLAN EXTRACTION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on pitch deck and business plan communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing pitch indicators such as "pitch," "problem," "solution," "market," "traction," "ask," "business plan," "slide," "opportunity," and "investment." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the pitch data and surrounding structural markers (slide titles, bullet points, financial figures). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a pitch deck context using features like pitch language frequency ("problem," "solution," "market," "traction," "ask"), business patterns, and investment indicators. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into five core categories: the problem, the solution, the market opportunity, the traction, and the ask. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's length preference, are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a concise summary covering the key categories, reducing hallucination and ensuring accurate, contextually appropriate insights.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

AI-generated pitch summaries are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy before relying on them, as interpretations may occasionally miss business nuances or misread the pitch context. Websites change their pitch page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
